We had a wonderful staying at the Inn! Jim cooked dinner for us and we hanged out at the bar. The place is cozy, very clean and the surroundings are stunning. Definitely recommended!
We had a great time staying at Inn By The River Owners are great and mix with every one that stops in. So easy to talk with and fun to be with. Room was great spacious very clean. Love waking up in the morning and looking out at the many deer that come to visit. Definitely my favorite place to stay in the Forks
I absolutely loved my stay at this charming inn! From the moment I arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and truly homey. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable — the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. The food and drinks were outstanding-fresh and flavorful! The staff went above and beyond! This is the ideal spot if you're in Northern Maine-just for one night away, or a week-long snowmobiling or rafting trip-I can’t recommend it enough!
Loved our week at the adorable Inn by the River. Perfect access to snowmobile trails, plenty of parking for large trailers, very clean cozy & welcoming all around. The owners and staff were friendly and fun and the food was delicious! Wouldn’t change a thing and highly recommend!

A special shout-out to Becky — she always greets us with the warmest smile and makes every visit feel so welcoming. Had a great experience staying in the cabins they have to offer. Snowmobile right out of the door onto the main trail. Cabin was clean and everything was in working order. Great food, drinks, and hospitality at the restaurant. Overall great experience and great people
What a wonderful place to stay! We came to The Forks to snowmobile and decided to stay here. The staff were very accommodating even let us check in early so we could start riding. The food was delicious! Great 2 days! We would definitely stay again!
Our stay was amazing. The staff was awesome! The Inn is older but our room was clean, king size bed and best of all was the jacuzzi tub after a long day of riding. Dinner and breakfast was great too. The bartender/waiter was so kind and friendly. He gave great suggestions on the trails and local offerings. He told us about the B52 plance crash site that we snowmobiled to thanks so his recommendation! Perfect trip and stay at the Inn! Can't wait till next time. Thank you to the entire staff!
